Wine:

Made from Godello, the 2023 Bierzo La Salvacion White comes from a hectare of century-old vines in the northernmost and coolest village of the appellation, situated at nearly 700 meters above sea level. Fermented in 500-liter barrels, it reveals floral notes and yellow fruits, set against a smooth texture with crisp fruit and a refreshing acidity that lingers. A true delight! Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Destemming and pressing. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Bright, luminous pale yellow.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of yellow fruit, apricot, and peach skin, enhanced by a floral touch.

Light and flavorful, this crisp, fruity wine reveals an appealing juice with fresh, well-balanced flavors.
