Wine:

Made predominantly from Roussanne (90%), the 2021 White Saint-Péray Élément offers a pure, full expression of its limestone terroir. This is a focused, vibrant wine—elegant and precise—marked by subtle toasty notes from barrel ageing and a refined, expressive structure. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit, delicate spices, and jasmine unfold beautifully. Its bright freshness makes it instantly enjoyable—perfect with seafood—though it also has the depth to age gracefully for another 7 to 8 years. Scored 94/100 by the Selection Committee.
