The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Recognized with two stars by La Revue du Vin de France—the country’s most prestigious wine guide—Domaine Rapet Père & Fils stands among Burgundy’s elite. Their wines are known for their classic character, exceptional balance, and ability to age beautifully.

Winemaker Vincent Rapet, now joined by his son Robin, has long championed a style rooted in harmony and precision. In the cellar, their wines are aged in 350-liter barrels, allowing them to develop nuance and finesse while preserving freshness. With a commitment to organic farming, the Rapets craft wines that are honest, pure, and true to their terroir. From village-level bottlings to the esteemed Corton Grand Cru, every wine is marked by clarity, energy, and quiet sophistication.
Wine From 50-year-old vines rooted in deep, iron-rich soils, the 2023 Red Savigny-lès-Beaune Aux Fournaux is a refined and vibrant expression of Pinot Noir. Bursting with notes of blackcurrant and fresh raspberry, it offers a delicate structure with smooth, moderate tannins. Elegant and approachable, it’s a perfect introduction to Burgundy—ideal with white meats or veal—and has the potential to age gracefully for up to 10 years.
Vinification Hand harvested. Fermented in vats for 15 days, with punching down of the cap. Aged in barrels, 20% of which are new.

Certified organic wine from a Level 3 High Environmental Value (HVE) farm.
