Committed to organic farming, painstaking vineyard work, and ageing that adds just the right touch of polish without masking the grape, he crafts Red wines with serious presence.

This wine comes from the finest parcels of sun-baked rolled stones, farmed organically, and it pours out all the vibrant energy and generous flavour of the South in every sip. Pure indulgence.

Driven by Syrah at its most expressive—making up the majority of the blend—the 2022 Red Languedoc Les Rives-Prés opens with delicate smoky aromas, all wrapped in lovely purity and finesse. On the palate, it’s just as juicy and precise, aged exclusively in tanks with no oak influence whatsoever.
