Showing all the hallmarks of classic Chablis, the 2024 White Chablis gradually opens up with delicate aromas reminiscent of crushed seashells, a lovely mineral signature, and subtle floral notes lifted by a hint of fresh mint. The overall impression is one of freshness and purity, thanks to understated maturation that avoids any overt barrel character. On the palate, it’s beautifully tense and vibrant, with precise, lively, and refreshing flavours that make it a perfect match for seafood platters, grilled fish, or aged goat cheeses.
