Wine:

Seductive and beautiful, the 2018 Red Marsannay Vieilles Vignes has a superb balance. It is a juicy, ample and yet delicate wine, with a very nice aromatic palette around flavors of ripe fruits and cherry jams. It certainly is among the most beautiful bottles of the Marsannay appellation.

Bright ruby red, of good intensity.

Nose:

Gourmet flavors of cherry jam.

Palate:

Rich and delicate with juicy fruit, this wine has a very mature aromatic palette and is a seductive, fresh, sapid and well-balanced bottle.

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Roast veal with thyme, roasted Bresse poultry.

Wine:

Simple and delicate, the 2019 White La Cabane Aligoté Burgundy from Château de Rougeon is a clear and invigorating wine. A fresh white wine that is mineral, with delicate notes of citrus, almond paste and white flowers. It strikes the perfect balance of flavors that echo in a complex palate with a long finish. A wine that will pair beautifully with seafood, gougères or fresh cheeses. Rated 91/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting, pressing by cycle of 2 to 3 hours.
Aged for 8 to 12 months in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas of the grapes.

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Of beautiful freshness, marked by notes of almond paste.

Palate:

Fresh and of beautiful minerality, this wine strikes the perfect balance between fat and tonicity.

Wine:

With 50% whole harvest, the 2017 Red Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune delivers the true essence of pinot noir, with ripe, fresh rose and raspberry flavors. Very clean, sapid on the palate, this elegant, ultra-digestible Burgundy will delight everyone! Serve decanted or in a large glass. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out in full. Aged in oak barrels.

Color:

Bright ruby-carmine red.

Nose:

Bouquet of roses and peonies underlined by aromas of raspberry.

Palate:

Fine and silky, this wine offers us a salient palate, of great sapidity and elegance. What a delight!

To be served in large glasses, such as Gran Ultima, between 16 and 18°C.
