With its distinct and personal style, Clos du Serres stands apart from its peers and the more opulent wines of the Languedoc. Since 2006, Béatrice and Sébastien Fillon have been crafting meticulous, fruit-forward cuvées, vinified and aged without oak. Their respectful approach to the grape highlights the purest expression of the terroir, resulting in wines that are both tactile and complex.

This dedication to authenticity and excellence has earned the estate a star in the RVF Guide (Revue du Vin de France), with each cuvée reflecting their passion and precision.
