Cave de Tain - Hermitage - Nobles Rives - White - 2022

Wine:

Made almost entirely from Marsanne and matured with great care, the 2022 Hermitage Nobles Rives White opens with a beautifully ripe bouquet of white fruits and vineyard peach, complemented by refined oak aging that lends a gentle sweetness. The palate is broad and pure, showcasing Marsanne at perfect ripeness with plenty of freshness. This is a wine that will benefit from time to allow the luxurious oak to integrate fully and develop even greater harmony. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Alcoholic fermentation in vats and malolactic fermentation in wood. Aged in stainless steel vats and 400L barrels on fine lees for 8 months.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

A ripe, harmonious nose, blending white fruits and vine peach with noble, delicate wood notes, bringing softness and elegance to the overall aroma.

Palate:

The palate is full and pure, carried by perfectly ripe Marsanne grapes, combining freshness and structure with luxurious oak, promising a wine that will age well.

Temperature:

Serve at 10 to 12°C.
