The 2019 Côtes-du-Rhône Les Vergers offers a rich, spiced aroma with floral notes brought out by whole-cluster fermentation. Full-bodied and well-rounded, it delivers the quintessential Northern Rhône profile, combining depth with a touch of indulgence. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand-harvested. Vines aged 10 to 15 years. Grape variety: Syrah from massal selection (vieilles serines d'Ampuis). 30% whole bunches. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 3 to 4 weeks, with punching down and pumping over. Aged 12 months in oak barrels (15% new).
