Intense and depot, the 2020 Red Parallèle 45 Côtes-du-Rhône wine has beautiful spicy notes that are very typical of a northern Syrah wine, with some deep touches of black fruits brought by the Grenache grape variety. It is a charming and delightful wine that is generous and light, but with present tannins. A well-built wine of beautiful aromatic purity that can be enjoyed over the next five years, paired with a daube or grilled meat. A cult bottle for sure!Vinification:
Hand harvested, traditional vinification with long vatting periods, aged for 12 months, 80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in oak truncated-cone vats.Color:
