Maison Tardieu-Laurent - Condrieu - Blanc - 2020

Wine:

The 2020 white Condrieu offers itself with all the exuberance that Viognier promises and the House's expertise in terms of maturation. Fresh, intense and perfumed, it delivers itself on beautiful notes of bergamot and apricot. A variation of aromas that is repeated in the palate, with a well concentrated core, coupled with a still fresh and seductive finish. A bottle to be savored with patience, until 2027. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged for 10 months in new barrels and one wine.

Color:

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Bouquet of bergamot mixed with aromas of apricot.

Palate:

Fresh and fragrant, let yourself be enchanted by the exuberance of this bottle, its tasty fragrances, its freshness and its concentration.

Temperature:

To be served at 10 to 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, Thai cuisine, wok shrimps, sea bream tartar with dill, fried asparagus with mousseline sauce, fresh cheeses.

Their art of maturing has made their reputation and reveals generous and finely defined wines, thanks to large capacity barrels, the use of whole harvest and above all a carefully thought maturing.
