Wine:

The Échezeaux Grand Cru 2021, rooted in sandy, ferruginous limestone soils worked by horse, reveals an impressive structural intensity. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified in whole bunches for 3 weeks with no added sulfites and twice-daily punching of the cap, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts without artificial temperature control, malolactic fermentation and ageing on lees in rooms, without racking, with stirring and no added sulfites for 17 months.

Intense ruby red.

Blackberry and raspberry aromas punctuated by floral notes.

Palate:

Generous and layered, this cuvée boasts an assertive character, unveiling a deeply structured wine with firm tannins and remarkable depth.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
